Bidder’s Terms:

  1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Regardless of when it is picked up.
  2. Everything will be sold “As Is, Where Is” With No Guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition ,made from auction block. Buyers shall relay entirely on their own inspection.
  3. Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction, however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased immediately following the winning bid. Bidders are advised to further guard their items.
  4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. If they are unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have offered a contract and will be expected to pay for the items you were the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor mistakes.
  5. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment that is fit the best interest of his client the seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct or actions are not in the best of the interest of the seller. Auctioneer will announce additional terms.
  6. Be Respectful and Silence Your Phone.
  7. Hold Up Your Bidding Number to Bid.
  8. 4% Clerking Fee on all Card Transaction.
  9. 10% Buyers Premium.

Sellers Terms:

  1. Items may be dropped off Tuesday thru Thursday prior to auction with ID.
  2. You will given a “lot number” and a area to display your items. We do not take responsibility of these items.
  3. Space is first come first serve and fills up quickly.
  4. Unsold items must be removed by Tuesday or will be donated.
  5. Seller has till Friday to collect there payout.
  6. 25% Sellers Fee.
